As our business continues to grow internationally, we are looking for an Application Engineer to join our Product Services team in Cyprus.
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in candidates who have:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Critical thinking and problem solving ability.
Responsibilities
As part of our Product Service team, you will:
- Install and configure EDAMS systems and related products (MS SQL Server, Crystal Reports).
- Assist customers remotely (telephonic & internet) and on-site with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Deliver user training and guidance to system administrators, managers, and operational staff.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and SQL scripts.
- Work closely with colleagues, customers, and project teams to deliver outstanding service.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environment and operating system.
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server and SQL.
