Hydro-Comp maintains four websites; our main site (www.edams.com), the company website (www.hydro-comp.com), the forum site (https://edams.com/forums/) where product users or anyone interested in Hydro-Comp’s products can register and browse through the knowledge base and the forum, and an informative site (www.SEEAM.eu).

Where We Store Your Personal Data

Your Personal Data are held in Cyprus. Personal Data that you provide us may be stored, processed and accessed by us, our staff, sub-contractors and third parties with whom we share Personal Data in Cyprus or elsewhere inside or outside of the EU for the purposes described in this notice. We may also store Personal Data in locations outside the direct control of the Company (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers).

Whenever we transfer your Personal Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

Hydro-Comp uses industry-standard physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We have put in place procedures to deal with any actual or suspected Personal Data breach. In the event that personal information is compromised as a result of such a breach of security, Hydro-Comp will promptly notify those persons whose personal information have been compromised, in accordance with the notification procedures required by applicable law.

Your Rights
